#01 Initial consultation

With your consent, we collect data on your property and take high-quality photos, which serve as the basis for the advertisement. We also create a professional exposé, which is also used for letting.
#03 Viewing
As soon as a prospective tenant has been found through the advert or in our database, we will arrange a viewing with you. We also carry out an extensive check of the prospective tenants to ensure that we only present serious prospective tenants to you.
#02 Invitation to tender
Once we have all the necessary documents together, we advertise your property on all the usual online platforms, as well as on our website. We also search our database for potential prospective tenants for your property in order to find a match. This does not incur any costs for you. Estate agent costs are only incurred if the property is actually let.
#04 Conclusion of contract
Once the perfect prospective tenant has been found, we draw up the tenancy agreement for you. This is then signed by all parties. Your property is then let and you can look forward to your rental income!
